Terms of Use

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms apply to Diskloft, developed by MOZKAN. By downloading or using Diskloft you agree to them, together with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which governs your license to the app.

License

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use Diskloft on Mac computers you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Purchase

Diskloft is a paid app with a one-time price. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Purchases are handled by Apple and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

Removing files

Diskloft only removes items you select and confirm. By default they are moved to the Trash, where you can restore them until you empty it. Emptying the Trash and permanent deletion cannot be undone. Caches, logs and build folders are usually recreated by the apps that made them; some apps may sign you out or rebuild data after their caches are removed.

You are responsible for reviewing what you remove and for keeping backups of files you care about, for example with Time Machine. Items marked “Review”, such as device backups, Xcode archives, simulator devices and old downloads, may be the only copy of their data.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt it.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for lost data or for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
